At FaucetExpress, we primarily use UPS for most prepaid orders. Depending on the size and weight of the order, we may also use other shipping carriers. Fragile and oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be presented before you proceed to checkout.

Shipping and Arrival Times

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on product type, stock availability, and destination. For in-stock items, orders typically ship within one to three business days. Most items are available and have their shipping status indicated on their respective product pages.

Please note that custom and special-order items may require additional processing time. If the initial estimated delivery time (ETA) differs significantly from what's stated on the product page, you'll receive an order update via email with the option to continue or cancel your order. We value transparency and will work closely with you to provide accurate ETAs.

Order Tracking

For most orders, you will receive an ETA notification via email within one business day. You can also track the status of your order by visiting our Order Status Portal.

Cancelations

We understand that unforeseen delays can impact your project timeline, and our goal is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, factors such as manufacturer processing, weather, and supply chain disruptions are often beyond our control, which is why all ETAs are estimates.

In most cases, if an item has not entered production (for made-to-order items) or is not in transit, we can cancel your order without issue. However, special order and non-stock items often come with stricter cancellation policies imposed by suppliers. While our initial policy may state that certain items cannot be canceled, our commitment to customer satisfaction means we will do everything possible to accommodate exceptions. If a manufacturer experiences ongoing delays, we are happy to pursue an exception on your behalf.

Shipping Origin

FaucetExpress has two main fulfillment centers. One is located in Western Canada (BC) and Eastern Canada (ON). Additionally, some products may be shipped directly by the vendor. Depending on item availability, we pick the quickest shipping origin. If you are looking for a rush shipment, please contact us.

Warehouse Pickups

A pickup can be arranged depending on the item and your location. If you are interested in picking up your order, please contact us and one of our team members will check for availability and have it organized.

Special Orders and Non-Stock Items

FaucetExpress.ca holds a vast selection of products and constantly monitors stock levels. However, certain items known as special orders are often not kept in stock by retailers, wholesalers, and even suppliers! These are usually rare items such as exotic finishes. As a result, these items are susceptible to additional delays. FaucetExpress.ca will try to source the item as fast as possible, regardless of cost. In the event of a delay, we will contact you via email about the expected ETA. Once emailed, the customer can cancel or continue with the order. LTL Shipments and Surcharges

In specific cases, some items may require special shipping solutions due to fragility, location, and/or size. Therefore, there may be an additional shipping charge. However, the vast majority of our products are covered by free shipping. With pallet shipments, you are typically contacted by the carrier prior to delivery. Requesting the carrier to hold on to the freight for extended periods of time may incur storage fees. For any questions on LTL shipments, please contact us.
