Standard Carrier Shipments

This includes all regular, non-oversized items. We typically ship via UPS, though we may use other carriers if they offer faster or more reliable delivery to your area. Orders usually ship using expedited service, with average transit times of 2–7 business days. Actual transit time depends on the shipping origin and your location.

Oversized & Fragile Shipments

Large or delicate items (such as toilets, bathtubs, or glass products) require special handling. These are shipped on pallets or through specialized couriers to ensure safe delivery. Oversized shipments typically include a pre-delivery call from the carrier to schedule drop-off — extended holds may result in storage fees. Deliveries to multi-floor buildings are usually made to the lobby or main entrance. These shipments travel by ground for safety and take an average of 3–8 business days.
