Once your order has been placed, one of our team members will have your order out the door as soon as possible. In-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days, while items at secondary warehouses ship within 2-5 business days. Items shipped within Canada are not subject to duties. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with the tracking number so you can follow it right to your door. In the case of a backorder, we will notify you and let you know the estimated time for your items to arrive.

In the event of a defective product, will pay the cost for return shipping. For all general returns, you will be billed the cost for outbound and return shipping. Once the item is returned to us, these costs will be deducted from your order.

FaucetExpress has two main fulfillment centers. One is located in Western Canada (BC) and Eastern Canada (ON). Additionally, some products may be shipped directly by the vendor. In general, shipping times range from 1 to 8 business days. If you are looking for a rush shipment, please contact us.

Warehouse Pickups

A pickup can be arranged depending on the item and your location. If you are interested in picking up your order, please contact us and one of our team members will check for availability and have it organized.

Special Orders and Non-Stock Items holds a vast selection of products and constantly monitors stock levels. However, certain items known as special orders are often not kept in stock by retailers, wholesalers, and even suppliers! These are usually rare items such as exotic finishes. As a result, these items are susceptible to additional delays. will try to source the item as fast as possible, regardless of cost. In the event of a delay, we will contact you via email about the expected ETA. Once emailed, the customer can cancel within 24 hours if the ETA is not acceptable. LTL Shipments and Surcharges

In specific cases, some items may require special shipping solutions due to fragility, location, and/or size. Therefore, there may be an additional shipping charge. However, the vast majority of our products are covered by free shipping. With pallet shipments, you are typically contacted by the carrier prior to delivery.
