I installed this hand shower in my bathroom 10 years ago, and I still love it. This purchase was to replace the original which broke due to human clumsiness.
Didn't finish installing the valve yet but the trim is very nice and the packages all came quickly from Isenberg.

No need to purchase another entire faucet when the replacement hose works like the original. Easy to replace with no tools. High quality and should last another 20 plus years.
Service and Delivery was excellent. Very pleased with faucet. Would have given 5 stars if the unit had come with a POPUP drain assembly rather than the cheap plastic drain that came with the unit. Purchased a POPO type separately

Faucet is great, works well and looks nice. But it took 4+ months to receive it. Other than the time we like it.
Fills quickly but as I have instant hot water service, I needed to reduce the flow from 18 gallons a minute so that the hot water heater could keep up! I still fill the tub in 8 minutes versus 25 minutes. Customer Service and follow up were superb as I miscalculated the bathtub wall thickness and additional parts were mailed out to me. I retrofitted an existing tub fairly easily.
Old riobel shower head lasted 10 years and so happy with the new one.
Part was exactly as expected. It took a few weeks more than expected to receive the order but pricing was good.
