I love these grid drains. They are a much better quality than the drains that typically come with a new bathroom faucet. It’s worth the extra cost to swap out the included drains for these ones. They look aesthetically pleasing as well.

This was a replacement of an original piece the finish of which, after some time of daily use, began to peel off. Here is crossing our fingers that this replacement holds off peeling.

I was happy to be able to get a discontinued item. Note to self if you have two faucets doublecheck that the inventory is still around otherwise ordered brand new faucets for both sinks. Glad I got mine after many attempts of looking online.
This drain works exactly as it should. Water drains quickly and smoothly with no air lock or venting issues at all. The open design allows air and water to flow freely, preventing the slow drainage problem commonly seen in poorly vented drains.
Build quality is solid, installation was straightforward, and performance is excellent. Highly recommended for lavatory sinks where fast and reliable drainage is important.
