I was happy to be able to get a discontinued item. Note to self if you have two faucets doublecheck that the inventory is still around otherwise ordered brand new faucets for both sinks. Glad I got mine after many attempts of looking online.

This drain works exactly as it should. Water drains quickly and smoothly with no air lock or venting issues at all. The open design allows air and water to flow freely, preventing the slow drainage problem commonly seen in poorly vented drains.

Perfect replacement for unit and very easy to installed

I bought this thinking the intelligent part was mostly marketing. It's not. Everything from the lid motion to the seat temperature feels intentional and well-built. The bidet pressure is smooth, not aggressive, and the drying actually works. After a week, using a normal toilet feels outdated. Expensive, yes. Regret? None.

I am very satisfied and impressed by the fast delivery and great communication.
