Is everything in stock?
At FaucetExpress.ca our staff takes every effort possible to keep items in stock. We have one of the greatest networks of suppliers to source items as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to high demand for certain products, there may be times where we are out of stock. In the unlikely case this may occur our expert staff would notify you immediately with an updated estimated time of arrival with an option to continue or cancel your order.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Please refer to our shipping info page for any information on shipping. FaucetExpress.ca also provides a tracking number with all orders so customers can monitor the progress of their shipment. The shipping time varies based on destination, product type, and status. For rush orders and updated ETAs, please contact us.
Do you offer pick ups?
We can most definitely arrange a pick up for your order if applicable. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm items are available for local pick-up. Depending on the item it may be available for pickup at one of fulfillment centers in either BC, AB, or ON.
I am having difficulty installing my products. Would you be able to provide assistance or advice?
FaucetExpress.ca recommends all of their products be installed by a certified plumber. Fortunately, our team is lucky enough to include professional certified plumbers who will be more than happy to provide assistance or advice.

Where is my order shipping from?
We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and depending on the item's availability, it will be shipped from the closest fulfillment center in either BC, AB, or ON. Additionally, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to your shipping address. For items that are not readily available in our fulfillment center, we source them from our secondary warehouses, which may require an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Fragile items are repackaged for safe transportation.
