Unfortunately, due to high demand for certain products, there may be times where we are out of stock. In the unlikely case this may occur our expert staff would notify you immediately with an updated estimated time of arrival with an option to continue or cancel your order.

Please refer to our shipping info page for any information on shipping. FaucetExpress.ca also provides a tracking number with all orders so customers can monitor the progress of their shipment. The shipping time varies based on destination, product type, and status. For rush orders and updated ETAs, please contact us.

We can most definitely arrange a pick up for your order if applicable. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm items are available for local pick-up. Depending on the item it may be available for pickup at one of fulfillment centers in either BC, AB, or ON.
