When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines are shown on the product page when available. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you, and you can follow progress using our order tracker.

Most items we sell are non-stocked and considered special order. For these items, we typically seek additional confirmation before processing, giving you the opportunity to cancel prior to order placement with the manufacturer. Once processed, special-order items are generally non-returnable.
Toilets and toilet components have a strict no-return policy due to sanitation regulations.
Stocked items may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to our return policy. We always endeavour to assist where possible — orders that have not yet shipped or entered preparation can often be cancelled.
