Description
Designed for real life. From the French verb “to make” - this collection name speaks to the deliberate craftsmanship where details are very intentional. In the Faircroft™ Kitchen Collection, every detail serves a purpose and honors the poetry of pragmatism-like the vintage American kitchens that inspired its design. Combining both practical and aesthetic appeal, the Pull-Down Faucet allows for dual control with spray and stream spray options, eliminating the need for a separate side sprayer.

FAQ
When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines are shown on the product page when available. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you, and you can follow progress using our order tracker.
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible and frequently use expedited shipping services where available.
What is your refund, return, and cancellation policy?
Most items we sell are non-stocked and considered special order. For these items, we typically seek additional confirmation before processing, giving you the opportunity to cancel prior to order placement with the manufacturer. Once processed, special-order items are generally non-returnable.
Toilets and toilet components have a strict no-return policy due to sanitation regulations.
Stocked items may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to our return policy. We always endeavour to assist where possible — orders that have not yet shipped or entered preparation can often be cancelled.
Can you help confirm compatibility or fit?
Yes. Our team is happy to provide guidance based on product specifications and manufacturer information. Final compatibility should always be confirmed by your installer or project professional prior to ordering.
Are you an authorized retailer?
Yes. We are an authorized retailer for the brands we carry, and all products are sourced directly through manufacturers or their approved distribution channels. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Do you offer price matching or trade pricing?
